Devauden Festival is run by Devauden festival Ltd, a conpany that is wholly owned by Devauden hall CIO, the charity that owns and operates the Hood Memorial Hall in Devauden. The executive directors of Devauden festival Ltd lead the managements of the festival and there is a committed team of around 30 people who manage different aspects of it. The directors are always looking for people who want to get more deeply involved and take some management responsibility.

The festival is a fundraising event for the Devauden Hall CIO. Over its 16 years of existence it has raised well over £100,000 for the village hall. Most recently it covered the costs of a significant refurbishment of the hall and covered around one third of the cost of the new playground installation.
