MINUTES OF MEETINGS
The Hood Memorial Hall is a registered charity with an active constitution. The management committee is made up of charity trustees and it is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the hall. Regular meetings are held and you can use the links on this page to download copies of minutes. Minutes from earlier meetings can be requested from the hall secretary.
Following the AGM of Hood Memorial Hall Charitable Trust on Saturday August 31, 2024, the hall is managed by Devauden Hall CIO.
Committee meetings are usually monthly, held in the hall or on Google Meet and are usually open to the public.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday February 26 at 7pm in the Ferard Room and will be open to the public.

so we can advise whether it is online or in the hall.
